Brief Explanation: 135 elderly low-income people, mostly of Dalit ethnicity, were provided with blankets and clothes. An elderly care center was also established in Bhagatpur, Ward no. 4 that supports 30 elderly people. The fund for this project was granted by the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare (NRs 2,00,000) and the board WECAN board members (NRs 50000).
