  1. Meena Pant, A, M.Ed.: Mrs. Meena Pant is the president of WECAN since 2004. She is a veteran English teacher who dedicated 30 years of her life teaching at Mahendranagar Secondary School. A native of Doti, she is enthusiastic about social work, women empowerment, and community development. She has published two poetry books and a children’s storybook
  2. Uday Prakash Saud, A.: Mr. Uday P. Saud is the vice president of WECAN. Previously, he held the position of headteacher at Mahendranagar Secondary School and engaged in multiple non-profit organizations.
  3. Puskar Raj Joshi: Businessman by profession, Mr. Puskar Joshi is the secretary of WECAN.
  4. Jitendra Kumar Shrestha: Jitendra K. Shrestha is the treasurer of WECAN and a computer science teacher at Mahendranagar Secondary School.
  5. Parbati Pandey: Parbati Pandey is the assistant secretary of WECAN.
  6. Laxman Singh Madai: Mr. Laxman S. Madai is a general member of WECAN and a sports teacher in Jogbudha School.
  7. Bhuwaneshwari Bhandari: Mrs. Bhuwaneswori Bhandari is a general member of WECAN. She leads various women’s skills training programs.
  8. Hema Devi Upreti: Hema Upreti is a general member of WECAN.
